Maple Leafs Fans Get Creative Taunting Matthew Tkachuk, Echoing Brady's Taunts

While the Florida Panthers look to salvage their second round series against the Maple Leafs, not only do they need to deal with a team looking for revenge, but a fanbase who is desperate for playoff success.

Playing in Toronto is never easy for any team (Leafs included), and if the fans are rowdy enough, there's a good chance it throws off Florida just enough for the home team to take advantage.

In the first round the crowd was electric, and at times would direct their frustrations and jeers towards Brady Tkachuk, serenading the Ottawa Senators forward with sounds of 'Brady Sucks'.

While that is far from the truth in reality, Tkachuk is one of Toronto's most hated enemies over the last few seasons, and will take every chance to make their lives miserable.

But so too will his brother Matthew, who the Leafs contend with now in round two.

Fans are already trying to get into his head, and by proxy, giving Brady his flowers if only to mess with his brother's mental state.

Scotiabank Arena let the elder Tkachuk know that they much preferred Brady, even if there was little truth to it. Anything to get the Panthers off their game, and while the two are close; there's always some sibling rivalry at play.

Statistically, Matthew has more points and success than Brady, and a lot can be said for his career thus far; already a Cup winner, he's put up an average of nearly 71 points though his nine seasons.

Though he's about just as mean as Brady, and doesn't mind stooping to a lower level to get an advantage either (though he is still less dangerous than Sam Bennett).

More often than not tries to play the mental game as opposed to physical; though he's no slouch there either.

Granted, at least the Maple Leafs fans are a bit more respectful when it comes to the opposition compared to other sports.

If this were a Premier League football match in England?

You'd be finding a lot more jeers and chants that end up rhyming with Tkachuk's name that might be a bit just a tad bit less subtle.
