New Ruling May Block Cale Makar and Other Big Name Players From Representing Team Canada

Hockey Canada has recently declared that all members of the 2018 Junior World Championship Team Canada, including prominent players such as Maxime Comtois, Cale Makar, and Carter Hart, have been banned from the national team until further notice.

Team Canada Makes Ruling



This decision has been made in the light of an ongoing investigation into a widely-publicized story that has been in the news for the past few months.

In a statement made on Monday to TSN, Hockey Canada stated that players from the 2018 World Junior team will not be allowed to play for the national team until the investigation is completed.
