As we've already reported, Brad Treliving is set to have himself a very busy summer. The new GM has many moves he'll have to make out of necessity, but he could be on the market to make a move purely out of aggression, in the hopes of improving his team.
Wilson is a Toronto native, and if Treliving really wants to add some size and grit while greatly improving his team's scoring touch, Wilson is the guy to bring in.
Should Treliving decide to get aggressive on the trade market and pursue Wilson, he'll have to give up a lot. It's possible that Washington asks for Toronto's first-round pick in this year's draft, as well as a roster player and a prospect such as Matthew Knies, Rodion Amirov, or Topi Niemela.
