After months (if not years) of waiting, Erik Karlsson is finally traded!

The San Jose Sharks finally accepted an offer for the star defenseman.

The three-time Norris winner will play in Pittsburgh next season! The Montreal Canadiens are the third team involved in the deal.

The Penguins have acquired defenseman Erik Karlsson, forward Rem Pitlick, forward Dillon Hamaliuk and a 2026 third-round draft pick in a three-team trade involving the San Jose Sharks and Montreal Canadiens."

Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, and Kris Letang will finally get some help to carry the team in the playoffs.

We can't wait to see him in the Pens uniform!
