According to the excellent Martin Leclerc of Radio-Canada, Kent Hughes and Kevin Cheveldayoff are working hard to build a winning deal for the Habs and Jets, involving big center Pierre-Luc Dubois.

Here are all the details:

« In the week of the draft, I know that it was a hard negotiation. I was told that the Canadiens offered three players in exchange for Pierre-Luc Dubois. I don't know who the players are, but they want to liquidate some salaries." - Martin Leclerc

Knowing Martin, when he comes out with such information, it is a sign that his sources are excellent.

Which player would be involved?

1- Christian Dvorak?

2- Jonathan Drouin, Mike Hoffman or Brendan Gallagher? Maybe Josh Anderson?

3- A young prospect, like Mattias Norlinder, Ryan Poehling, Jan Mysak, Riley Kidney or Jesse Ylonen?

You be the judge!
