Very frosty stuff from Leon Draisaitl of the Edmonton Oilers. After losing last night's game 6 of their second round series against the Vegas Golden Knights, and being eliminated from the playoffs, Draisaitl made sure Alex Pietrangelo knew exactly how he feels about him.

During the lineup, Pietrangelo was shaking hands with members of Edmonton and saying a couple words to each when he got to Draisaitl. Draisaitl grabbed his hand, threw it away, and kept going, all without even looking at Pietrangelo.

It was, of course, this slash that Draisaitl was still angry about. Pietrangelo gave Draisaitl a two hander near the end of game 4 that would earn him a one-game suspension.

Oh, Canada

With the Oilers out of the playoffs, that ends any hope of a Canadian team winning the Stanley Cup once again. The last Canadian team to do so was the Montreal Canadiens in 1993. Vegas will take on the winner of the Seattle - Dallas series with game 7 taking place tonight.
