The Toronto Maple Leafs reportedly have two potential names that could be dealt following new information.

The Fourth Period, ran by NHL insider David Pagnotta, put out their NHL trade deadline big board, listing potential names that are believed to be in potential trade discussions or could be dealt by their current clubs.
According to TFP, two Toronto Maple Leafs forward could be on the way out ahead of the deadline. Leafs forwards Matias Maccelli and Max Domi are both names that could see themselves on the move by the deadline on March 6th.
Maccelli was ranked at #25 in the top 30 rankings, with it being noted that he hasn't consistently fit in the Leafs system.
Despite that, the 25-year-old winger has seven goals and 21 points in 42 games this season for Toronto.
The Maccelli experiment hasn’t fully worked in Toronto; not yet, anyway.

His production isn’t what the Leafs had hoped in the first half of the season and the team is willing to swap him out if they can bring someone in to fill a top-six role.

Domi, ranked 28th, was cited as a potential depature option over his contract, making $3.75M for the next three seasons that make him a player who could be dealt as a cap casualty to fit in another player.
Domi has two more years left on his contract after this season and owns a 13-team no-trade list.

The Maple Leafs have been dangling him, mainly because they’re up against the cap and may need to move money out if they want to bring any money in.

What Domi & Maccelli being on the trade block means

Matias Maccelli has been talked about as someone who, like Domi has a heftier contract that could help land a potential trade target that comes at a price.
Maccelli is in the final year of a contract that pays him $3.425M, and could be a player that balances the scale in getting the money to work in a trade between the Leafs and a suitor.
Domi does come as somewhat of a surprise on the trade block given indications in media reports that head coach Craig Berube holds Domi in high regards, but his contract may be the easiest way to clear cap space to bring in a potential upgrade.
Maccelli and Domi weren't the only two names mentioned from Toronto.
Defenseman Morgan Rielly was named as an honorable mention, meaning someone in trade rumors but unlikely to be dealt.
The Leafs have had rumors swirling around another forward who could be on the way out in Bobby McMann, as Elliotte Friedman reports the Edmonton Oilers have interest in the Toronto winger.
