Max Pacioretty has outlined how the Toronto Maple Leafs have been able to have the Florida Panthers' number early in the series.

Pacioretty has provided insight on how the Toronto Maple Leafs have managed to take a commanding 2-0 lead on the Florida Panthers, taking control of the reigning Stanley Cup champions.
Despite being up in the series, Pacioretty admits their two wins over Florida haven't been easy, and have not been led by domination, but rather by determination.
It's not to say we dominated the game by any means, but we had guys that were feeling good, and doing all the little things, all over the ice that sometimes you don't get rewarded for.

But at the end of the day, if you stick with that process, good things tend to happen and things tend to work out. - Max Pacioretty

Max Pacioretty Goes From Sidelined To Key Producer For the Toronto Maple Leafs

Pacioretty, who only joined the Leafs lineup in Game 3 of the first-round matchup against the Ottawa Senators, has been a surprise key contributor for Toronto so far in his return to action since an injury suffered back in February.
Pacioretty has two goals, four assists, and six points in six games played this postseason, with 5 points in his last three games, including the series-winning goal against Ottawa in Game 6 that sent Toronto to the second round.
The production boost for Pacioretty comes as the 36-year-old was moved up to the Leafs' second line next to John Tavares & William Nylander.
The Toronto Maple Leafs had a strong showing early against the Ottawa Senators in Round 1 before the Sens took a storming back down 3-0 to force Game 6 before a loss, Toronto going to Florida for Games 3 and 4 will mean playing with even more intensity than they have right now.
