Matthew Knies is unavailable tonight for the Toronto Maple Leafs due to injury, the Leafs announced.

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Matthew Knies is out for tonight's game against the St. Louis Blues with a lower-body injury, according to Leafs PR.
It's not clear how long Knies is going to be out of the lineup for, but is listed as day-to-day by Toronto, meaning his injury does not appear to be serious.
Knies, 23, has five goals, 17 assists, & 22 points in 19 games for the Toronto Maple Leafs this season, on pace for a career best.
Its unclear what injury was caused to Knies, who had not previously been indicated to be injuried or have suffered one, the only information known is it being to the lower body.
Knies is the fourth forward now out for Toronto, joining linemate and Leafs captain Auston Matthews, along with Nicolas Roy and Scott Laughton on the injured list.
Also injured currently are starting metminder Anthony Stolarz and defensemen Brandon Carlo and Chris Tanev.
With Knies out, 23-year-old forward Jacob Quillan slots into his second career NHL game, playing on the third line for Toronto.
Toronto, who is 8-9-2, is coming into a game against St. Louis that will be important for the Leafs to outplay the Blues, who top the NHL in goals allowed with 75, the Leafs right behind.
After Leafs general manager Brad Treliving spike to reporters earlier this morning expressing more out of his players, tonight is a test to how the Leafs can respond, and even more so without two of their top players out.
