With Anthony Stolarz currently dealing with a possible concussion, the Maple Leafs saw one goaltender take the ice that leads some to believe he'll be out for a bit.

Wednesday night will see the Maple Leafs and Panthers square off for Game 2 at Scotiabank Arena with tensions high, and an atmosphere that will bring out the best (and worst) of both teams.
There's going to be a loud crowd who doesn't take too kindly to certain players, and guys like Sam Bennett or Matthew Tkachuk might find themselves with a bigger target than usual.
Bennett's hit on Anthony Stolarz has led to concerns that he might be out for a bit, and while that's awful news for Toronto, they do have some good backup goaltending in Joseph Woll.

Matt Murray A Perfect Backup For Joseph Woll

But who backs up the backup if Stolarz can't dress? It looks like it's another former Cup champion and one who could be a dark horse to lead the Leafs to glory.
Matt Murray was seen taking the ice ahead of Game 2 as it looks like Stolarz might not be ready to go, even in a backup capacity.
He was called up as part of the huge wave for players brought up from the Marlies as some much needed insurance, which clearly was a great bit of foresight from Brad Treliving.
Murray is no stranger to the pressures of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, as he was but a mere youngster when he helped lead the Pittsburgh Penguins to glory in both 2015-16 and 2016-17.
His career playoff record comes in at 29-21-0 with a 2.18 GAA and .921 SV% which is a big relief for the Maple Leafs as they continue on in this Florida series, and can be a very solid backup if Joseph Woll struggles.
It's a bit concerning to see Stolarz not on the ice, but it's not unsurprising.
He was hospitalized in the wake of Sam Bennett's hit, he was physically ill, and while the optics look positive at first glance, a concussion is nothing to take lightly, and he needs as much rest as possible.
While that may pain some Leafs fans because of how vital he has been to their success this season as a whole, putting him in danger not only for this season but his career, is way too risky just for the sake of a couple games.
They have Joseph Woll and Matt Murray for a reason.
Which, all things considered; isn't too bad of an outcome at the end of the day.
