In breaking news, the Toronto Maple Leafs just got a massive update on newly acquired defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin after he suffered a head injury Saturday night.

Lyubushkin Returns to Practice as Scheduled After Leaving Saturday's Game With Head Injury

Ilya Lyubushkin's return to Toronto was cut short on Saturday night after he took a questionable hit from Rangers enforcer Matt Rempe that forced him from the game with a head injury. This was terrible news for the Leafs, as they have struggled to keep their blueline healthy.
Now, the Leafs have gotten some good news, as Lyubushkin took part in practice as scheduled today, appearing to be clear from injury.

He appears to be ok thankfully!

This is major news for the Leafs, as they can not afford to lose another defenseman to injury, especially at this point in the season. Luckily, Lyubushkin appears to be healthy and got away from the scary hit without suffering major injury.
