Brandon Tanev's reaction to his brother joining the Leafs will leave speechless
Chris Tanev's younger brother Brandon couldn't believe it when he heard Chris was joining the Leafs. He described it as an unreal, sensational feeling.
Reporters reached out to Brandon on a golf course to get his opinion, and happy is an understatement to say the least. Brandon had a smile from ear-to-ear, and couldn't contain his excitement now that Chris was returning home to Toronto.
Brandon's level of excitement led many fans to believe he would also one day want to be a Maple Leaf.
It's exciting. It's one of those things where you -- you know, as a kid growing up in Toronto, I'm sure everyone dreams about it and now his has come to reality. He's a great add for them and our family is extremely excited for him."

Brandon Tanev is going to be playing out the final year of his contract with the Seattle Kraken this upcoming season, however, should the Kraken not be in a playoff position come trade deadline, it will be interesting to see if the Leafs attempt to acquire him and have both brothers on the team.
Others also believe the Leafs may attempt to sign Brandon next off-season once free agency opens, should they not acquire him via trade. Leafs fans would definitely love seeing some double trouble on their squad come playoff time.
