Tonight the Toronto Maple Leafs changed things up in the arena. They decided to debut a new goal song.

Maple Leafs Drop New Goal Song

The Toronto Maple Leafs have been on the hunt for a new goal song all season long. They have tried songs such as Kid Cudi's "Pursuit of Happiness", "Dup Dup" by Mickey Krause, and Van Halen's "Panama". Tonight another new song made its debut during the Maple Leafs Next Gen game.

The #Leafs have debuted another new goal song for Next Gen games, it's 2U (feat. Justin Bieber) [Afrojack Remix] by David Guetta. Fitting for the Bieber game.

Oh, and it's 2-0 TOR now after Bertuzzi scored.

The Maple Leafs seem to be putting the new goal song to work tonight against the Ottawa Senators.

Maple Leafs Debut New Goal Song In Rivalry Matchup

The Maple Leafs are taking on the Ottawa Senators in a rivalry game. At the moment the Maple Leafs have heard their new goal song twice. Despite two goals they remain deadlocked in a 2-2 tie.

It will be interesting to see if this iteration of the Maple Leafs goal song is here to stay or just a one-time thing. If the Maple Leafs can pull out a win they might have to consider keeping the song long term.
