Cale Makar was first sidelined when he was involved a collision with Pittsburgh Penguins forward Jeff Carter. This knocked him out with a concussion, which sidelined him for nearly two weeks.

He was then knocked out in his first game back against St. Louis.

It was confirmed today, Cale Makar has suffered his second concussion in eleven days.

Makar Suffers Another Concussion

These two subsequent injuries could knock Makar out long-term.

This comes in a season plagued by injury for Colorado.

Hopefully it isn't too serious, but this is never a good sign so early in a player's career.

We will update this story as more news comes out.
