Lately, Connor Bedard has been lighting up the NHL. For the second game in a row, Bedard has put up a multigoal campaign to the frustration of the Florida Panthers.
He started off by stripping Panthers forward Kevin Stenlund of the puck in the final minute of the first period before going top shelf with a quick shot from a near-impossible angle.
He followed this up with a goal off the rush which was simply dazzling.
The Panthers clearly wanted to get under Bedard's skin following these two plays and Dmitry Kulikov got the perfect chance to send Bedard a message.
His veteran teammate Nick Foligno stood up for Bedard and rightfully so.
Foligno received two penalties on this play, one for roughing and one for hooking, while Kulikov got nothing for his board on Bedard.
The Blackhawks are currently losing 4-3 and are looking for a miracle goal from Bedard or any of his other teammates.
