Player agent Allan Walsh is openly critical of Gary Bettman for just about every decision he makes. Let's just say he doesn't have his heart set on him and he lets it be known.
This time around, Walsh used the Bo Horvat trade to vent his heart out about a beloved Bettman rule that would push teams to make deals with certain star players.
"As I've said many times, one of the many flaws in Gary's beloved triple-cap hard cap system is that it forces teams to trade star players because of the lack of cap space that they would never consider trading if there was a soft cap with luxury tax and meaningful revenue sharing." - Allan Walsh
