Very important detail has emerged regarding the sale of the Senators

The Ottawa Senators announced, via press release this morning, that they were officially for sale.
The Senators Sports & Entertainment executive announced today that a process has been initiated to sell the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club. Galatioto Sports Partners, a leading sports finance and business advisory firm, has been retained as financial advisor."
However, the number one condition for the sale is that the team will not be relocated and must remain in Ottawa.
NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly also confirmed this important clause.
According to Sportico, the club is worth $655 million and several experts believe that a sale in the region of $700 million is possible.
