The Vancouver Canucks Release an Official Statement Regarding Bo Horvat
Bo Horvat's time in Vancouver is inevitably coming to an end. After it was reported that Horvat rejected the teams final offer, a trade is the only way forward.
Now, the team has released an official statement on the matter.
I am focused on this season and playing for the Vancouver Canucks, helping the team in any way I can. I will not have any further comments this year about my future.
While Horvat is clearly cognizant of the rumour mill around him, his nature as a player is to always be on the ice first. Until he changes threads, he will be an integral part of this Vancouver Canucks team.
Horvat's attitude here is truly the embodiment of a captain. Unfortunately, his time with the C' is coming to an end.
