St. Louis Blues offer for Matthew Tkachuk leaked

Matthew Tkachuk was traded to the Florida Panthers last week.

Before the Panthers came in and offered Jonathan Huberdeau for the all-star. The St. Louis Blues sent an insane offer to the Flames.

But it appears that it never got that far because offers from St. Louis and Carolina didn't measure up to what Calgary eventually received from Florida. One source said the Blues' proposal included Vladimir Tarasenko, Marco Scandella and a high draft pick; the team officially declined comment.

I cannot believe the Flames refused an offer including Tarasenko, Scandella and a high draft pick.
