Referee Gets Physically Violent With Michael Bunting
Michael Bunting was controversially sent to the penalty box during tonight's game. This came after he tried to defend his teammate Mitchell Marner. When he disagreed with the referees call, the official forcibly pushed him up against the boards, and aggressively took him off the ice.
Reading Bunting's lips after the event, you can see him say:
What the f--k are you doing?" That was crazy
This type of behavior from officials is unacceptable. We should hope to see better from other linesmen and referees.
