With the appointment of Luke Richardson as head coach of the Chicago Blackhawks, the Canadiens will soon be looking for an assistant to their young head coach, Martin St-Louis.
Among the names that come up, it's no surprise that Patrick Roy's name stands out.
The page of "L'antichambre" has just placed him among their three potential candidates (with Francis Bouillon and Alain Nasreddine):
«Patrick Roy's return to the CH?» - L'antichambre
Honestly, I have a hard time believing Roy as an assistant. If he accepts this position, it is because he really wants to make a comeback in the NHL and with the Montreal Canadiens.
