Nick Paul had an amazing playoffs performance.
The Lightning signed him to a seven-year contract extension. Paul's annual salary will be just over $3 million.
He is currently 27 years old. They signed him until the age of 34, oh boy.
I am not sure that's a good move. Paul will be decent the next 3 years with that contract but he is already not a fast skater. When he becomes over 30, will he still be effective?
