In the last few minutes, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman was asked about the future of young Logan Mailloux, who will need to get the green light from the Commissioner to enter the NHL.
Bettman mentioned that all the league's executives will have to meet and discuss the matter.
For the moment, he has not closed the door, but has not opened it, either.
Logan Mailloux was a first round pick of the Montreal Canadiens in 2021 by Marc Bergevin. In 33 games this season in the OHL, he has 31 points.
More details to follow.
