When asked if he will return to Pittsburgh for the next phase of his NHL career, Fleury appeared to dismiss the idea. Asked about returning to Pittsburgh after a long absence, the veteran goaltender said he's not sure how he'd react.
"I don't know," said Fleury as per Penguins insider Rob Rossi. "I don't know, Rob. Honestly, I don't know."
"I'm not sure what I want to do at all. There are so many great people in Pittsburgh. Obviously, some of that time is going to be us in Montreal. Pittsburgh is special. I don't know if being there after not playing for the team for so long — I really don't know."
Man I would love to see him back with Crosby. Would be the story of the summer.
