Corey Perry, longtime NHL agitator was at it again tonight as he got into a heated discussion with Panthers goaltender Anthony Stolarz.
Perry Clashes With Stolarz
Corey Perry got involved with the Florida Panthers goaltender following a net front play in which the veteran forward crashed the net hard, losing his stick in the process. Stolarz did not take kindly to the effort as he gave Perry a quick chop with his goalie stick. The two then got into a short but fiery altercation as Perry got in the goaltender's face.
Perry found a way to come on top in the situation as he always seems to do. His Blackhawks dropped a three spot on the Panther in the opening frame, with Perry getting in on the action himself, assisting this Nick Foligno powerplay goal.
The Hawks are currently up 4-0 on the Panthers towards the end of the second period.
