BREAKING: Vancouver Canucks Make Their New Leadership Group Official
It's official - the new leadership group of the Canucks is now known.
The organization confirmed the rumour this afternoon, when they announced Elias Pettersson and Quinn Hughes would be named as alternate captains alongside JT Miller and Oliver Ekman-Larsson.
One fan noticed the positioning of the players in the promotional picture. Miller and Ekman-Larsson are hidden in the back, somewhat symbolic of the old organization, while Pettersson is right at the front.
Likely the next captain of the team, Petey will be at the front of the pack for a long time!
