The Arizona Coyotes' future as a franchise was dependent on the way the Tempe City Council voted today.

That's right folks! The Arizona Coyotes' proposal was rejected and their future is uncertain.

There are many viable cities the Coyotes could relocate to but the front runners are Quebec and Houston which are fantastic markets for a hockey team.

While the proposal rejection does not guarantee the Coyotes will be relocated, it greatly improves the chances of it happening and it looks like Arizona hockey will be gone very soon.
