Another Bomb at Hockey Canada

Unfortunately, Hockey Canada is not done talking and, as you know, not for the right reasons.
According to the Globe and Mail, there is a second fund at Hockey Canada, financed by everyone who registers their child for hockey, among other things, to cover the costs of defending themselves if they are ever prosecuted for sexual assault.
Strangely, Hockey Canada did not disclose the existence of this famous fund during parliamentary committee hearings this summer, as reported by Frank Seravalli of DailyFaceOff.
