Kuznetzov Requests a Trade
It was already reported that the Capitals and Kuznetzov were growing apart, but today, GM Brian McClennan made it official - the star centre has requested a trade.

With teams right up against the salary cap, the Capitals won't get a massive haul for Kuznetzov, who had one of the worst seasons of his career in 2022-23.
It will be very interesting to see where he ends up.
