The Toronto Maple Leafs may be getting reinforcements ahead of the team's first-round playoff matchup.

Toronto appears to be working back some previous absent players who could feature in the Leafs game one of the Stanley Cup playoffs against the Ottawa Senators.
Three Leafs players, Oliver Ekman-Larsson, Jake McCabe, & David Kämpf were all on the ice for an optional skate with the team, a possible signal the trio are working their way to potentially appearing for the team at some point in the playoffs.
Ekman-Larsson has been out since last Wednesday after suffering an injury against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
McCabe had been out since early April due to an upper-body injury.
Both McCabe and Ekman-Larsson are not believed to have long-term injuries and could play game one against Ottawa.
David Kämpf's status is a bit more uncertain, with less of a commitment from Leafs head coach Craig Berube on whether Kämpf will be available for Toronto come playoff time.
Kämpf is nursing an upper-body injury and is unclear to play the team's first playoff game.

Toronto Maple Leafs In Need Of Full Health For Playoff Series

Craig Berube has indicated that any lineup decisions against Ottawa are something he isn't focusing on just yet as he focuses on the team's final regular season game tonight against the Detroit Red Wings.
Berube told reporters he feels confident all three will be able to play game one vs Ottawa, but will be held out of the season finale vs Detroit.
The Toronto Maple Leafs have struggled with staying healthy late in the season, one of the many issues the team has had with putting together long playoff runs.
The Leafs added deadline acquisitions in Scott Laughton from Philadelphia and Brandon Carlo for Boston, and will potentially have three additional faces back ready for action.
Ottawa is currently without key stars, including captain Brady Tkachuk, along with Jake Sanderson & Claude Giroux, with all three day-to-day.
All three appear to be active for the Senators in their final matchup against the Carolina Hurricanes.
