Mitch Marner reacts to Reaves, Bertuzzi and Domi signings
Exciting Leafs.
The Maple Leafs have a lot of interesting newcomers in their lineup, including Ryan Reaves, John Klingberg, Tyler Bertuzzi, and Max Domi.
The hype for the Leafs' first game of the season will be off the charts.
Who can be more excited than the other players in the lineup? Mitch Marner showed a lot of enthusiasm about them.
Mitch Marner's Statement
Marner discussed the situation in Toronto in a recent interview.
"It's great, very exciting all three players. You know, they come with a bit of grittiness to them—guys who like to get in people's faces and annoy them. They're also very good at putting the puck in the net and being around the net, so it's very exciting.
I'm excited to see how it's going to work out with our roster, and the great thing is I think those two guys (Domi and Bertuzzi) can fit in anywhere. Obviously, Reavo, you know what he's gonna bring to the team: intensity and physicality."
"I've talked to all of them, just kind of welcoming them in and saying 'let me know if you have any questions about living in Toronto.' You know, what to expect and everything like that.
But everyone's been really great. All the guys have been great. They're excited, looking forward to getting on the roster and playing in Toronto."
