The Toronto Maple Leafs have made adjustments ahead of tonight's game as the Leafs continue to workshop lines.

Toronto is planning to make some new changes to the lineup as the team still grapples with finding the right pairings for the team.
According to Maple Leafs head coach Craig Berube, Toronto will debut a new look as they take on the Carolina Hurricanes tonight.
Toronto is expected to change their lines from yesterday's 5-3 loss to the Boston Bruins, according to Nick Barden of 'The Hockey News'.

Leafs Test Out Lines Up To Pre-Game

The Toronto Maple Leafs didn't finalize their lineup until after the team's practice skate.
As known, the Leafs were planning to move around their lines, and in practice did so with Steven Lorentz and Calle Jarnkrok taking turns on the fourth line, but largely Jarnkrok at right wing.
But despite Jarnkrok largely taking part in warmups, it is indeed Lorentz filling the spot on the fourth line tonight vs Carolina.
On defense, Simon Benoit moves up to the second pairing with Jake McCabe, and Oliver Ekman-Larsson on the third pair with Philippe Myers.

Dennis Hildeby Gets The Start In Test For Rookie

Also confirmed by Craig Berube is that goaltender Dennis Hildeby will get the start for the Toronto Maple Leafs, the first start for the rookie and his second appearance after replacing Anthony Stolarz yesterday vs Boston.
Hildeby made 19 out of 20 stops for Toronto after Stolarz was pulled following four goals allowed on 19 shots.
The start is one test for Hildeby to prove himself at the NHL level with goaltender Joseph Woll on a conditioning stint in the American Hockey League with the Toronto Marlies.
Woll, who has been out to start the season for personal reasons, allowed three goals on 24 shots in a 3-2 Marlies loss to Lehigh Valley, in which Woll played the first two periods.
With it still unclear when Woll will be back for Toronto, tonight could be a major opportunity for Dennis Hildeby to take advantage of open competition in the Maple Leafs net.
This is a developing story. More details to come.
