BREAKING: Key Maple Leafs Defenseman to Miss Tonight's Game
The Toronto Maple Leafs revealed some bad news a few minutes ago.
According to Luke Fox, the Leafs will play tonight's game against the Vegas Golden Knights without one of their key defensemen.
Fox shared on X that Timothy Liljegren won't take part in tonight's game.
Check out his post:
After yesterday's practice, head coach Sheldon Keefe confirmed that if Liljegren isn't able to play on Tuesday night against Vegas, veteran Mark Giordano will take his spot on the lineup.
The Leafs demolished the Golden Knights last Thursday, winning 7-3. They'll try to repeat that feat as Vegas will look to bounce back from three straight losses.
