Maple Leafs Prospect Traded

A new announcement has confirmed that Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Braeden Kressler has been traded.
He will be heading from the Flint Firebirds of the OHL to the Ottawa 67s. The Firebirds will get back a bounty of draft picks for the Maple Leafs forward.
Before being traded by the Firebirds Kressler had 15 goals and 37 points in 33 games. This places him tied for the top-scoring option on his new team the Ottawa 67s. Kressler is in his last year in the OHL where he will look to finish strong on propel the 67s to an OHL championship.
Kressler has improved a ton since his draft year and has become a legitimate prospect for the Maple Leafs. If he can succeed with Ottawa it will set him up well to head to the AHL with the Marlies next season.
