BREAKING: Toronto Brings in Intriguing Young NHL Defenseman
Toronto has added a new defenseman with NHL experience.
Marlies Sign Farrance
It was just announced by insider Jacob Stoller that the Toronto Marlies have signed 24-year-old David Farrance.
Farrance was originally a 3rd round pick by the Nashville Predators in 2017 and he has developed into a capable AHL player.
Last season he scored 24 points in 45 AHL games split between the Chicago Wolves and the Colorado Eagles.
He has gotten into two NHL games and has yet to score a point.
An undersized defenseman at 5'11", Farrance will look to impress with the Marlies next year to hopefully earn a two way contract with the Maple Leafs the year after.
