Matthew Knies has officially signed a contract outside of the NHL.
Knies Signs With Warroad
It was just revealed that Matthew Knies has signed a contract with Warroad Hockey.
Warroad was founded by TJ Oshie and has close ties to Minnesota. Their main selling point is their cut-resistant technology which provides an extra level of safety to hockey players.
It is obvious that Warroad is signing Knies early but when he's performing and developing at such a high level, he could wind up being the face of the brand one day.
