An NHL player has just had his contract terminated for unknown reasons.
Blues Terminate Heim
It has just been announced that the St. Louis Blues have placed Andre Heim on waivers with the intention of terminating his contract.
Andre Heim (STL) has been placed on unconditional waivers for contract termination.
Heim signed an entry-level contract with the Blues last offseason after impressing in the Swiss NL but now no longer has a contract.
The reason is not entirely known at the moment but it is likely that Heim will wind up returning to Switzerland for the 2023-24 campaign.
