Gary Bettman has made an official decision on Logan Mailloux and if he will be allowed to play in the NHL.
Mailloux's Verdict Revealed
Since before even being drafted in the 1st round of the 2021 draft, Logan Mailloux has been one of the most controversial names in hockey.
Recently, there was chatter that Mailloux would not be able to play in the NHL due to his controversial past. Now it appears he will be able to play in the NHL.
Hearing from multiple sources that Logan Mailloux received the green light from the NHL to play for the @CanadiensMTL when his time will come. So this is the end of all speculations regarding his future.
Mailloux will look to make the Canadiens straight out of training camp as a bottom-four defenseman who can play on the powerplay. If he is able to build off his monster OHL playoffs, where he scored 24 points in 21 games, he should be able to secure a spot for the Canadiens.
