BREAKING: LA Kings make a trade with the Arizona Coyotes
The Arizona Coyotes and the LA Kings completed a trade in the last few minutes.
Durzi in Arizona
The Kings officially parted ways with Sean Durzi. In return the Coyotes send a 2nd round pick in 2024.
This is a good deal for the Coyotes, who get a young defenseman entering his prime for a second round pick.
Durzi will be a RFA next summer and he'll likely ask for more money than he's earning now. The Kings probably knew they couldn't afford him and decided to at least get a pick out of him.
Good move by both teams.
