Since the passing of Adam Johnson, there has been overwhelming support of neck guards with many leagues making them mandatory and now NHL superstars wearing them.
2018 first-overall pick Rasmus Dahlin was spotted wearing a neck guard tonight against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Dahlin wore neck protection growing up in Sweden and wore it on the international stage as well. Hopefully, he will be the first of many NHL superstars who pick up wearing neck protection over the coming weeks.
