In the case of Carter Hart, an insider has revealed that his cost is a whopping two first round picks.

Carter Hart is by no means an ordinary goalie. He's only 24, and has a long developmental runway ahead of him. He has also already been a starter in the league for several years.
While his actual numbers aren't amazing, any scout who goes beyond them can tell that there is a special player.
