Milan Lucic speaks on the NHL team he'd like to join

Milan Lucic has hinted at a potential NHL destination for his future, and potential last team.

In an interview with Donnie & Dhaliwal on CHEK, Lucic said that he's contemplating his NHL future, and considers the Canucks as a potential destination as retirement nears.

Lucic, 34, is a Vancouver-born player, and played in the WHL as a prospect with the Vancouver Giants, winning a Memorial Cup in 2007.

Lucic, a pending UFA, didn't confirm when, or if, he'd retire, or when he could join the Canucks, but will listen to a potential offer.

Lucic had 7 Goals and 19 Points in 72 Games with the Calgary Flames in 22-23. He was drafted in the 2nd Round, 50th Overall, by the Boston Bruins in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, and won a Stanley Cup with Boston, over Lucic's hometown Canucks, in 2011.
