NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman was absent yesterday for the Stanley Cup presentation.

According to Pierre LeBrun's report, Bettman was sick with COVID-19 and left his place to his assistant, Bill Daly.

This is the first year since 1993 that the league's commissioner has missed this opportunity.
