Just before making an offer sheet to sign Jesperi Kotkaniemi, Don Waddell was in discussions with Marc Bergevin to make a trade.
Insider Pierre LeBrun informed us that the player targeted by the Habs' GM at the time was none other than Seth Jarvis.
Imagine Jarvis with the Canadiens now, instead of Christian Dvorak, let's say the face of the franchise would have changed drastically.
The 13th overall pick in 2020, Jarvis had 40 points in 68 games in his first NHL season.
