According to Sportsnet's Eric Engels, the Montreal Canadiens met with the team's four rookies, Juraj Slafkovsky, Jordan Harris, Arber Xhekaj and Kaiden Guhle, to announce they were making the team.
There is a but.
The team, presumably Kent Hughes and Martin St-Louis, told them that there were a lot of good players who could take their place this year and that things could change quickly.
