Shane Wright's attitude has been in the news a lot in recent months. At first with his fall in the draft and his training camp in Seattle.

Let's recall the facts:
According to a Seattle reporter, Wright did throw fits at AHL coaches like Dan Bylsma.

"It worried him. At one point, Dan Bylsma gave an instruction and Wright looked at him and wanted to say, 'What the hell!?' It's a little bit of a worry. It's primadonna! I'll give you both sides of the coin, but the guy on the podcast picked it up (Shane Wright)!"

Current Junior Team Canada assistant coach Stéphane Julien, who currently works with Wright on a day-to-day basis, decided to dot the i's and cross the t's.
For reasons we all know, Shane Wright will never stop being the talk of the town. Stéphane Julien, assistant coach of Junior Team Canada, who is currently watching him develop, is setting the record straight..." - BPM Sports
Shane Wright is the opposite of what has been said about him. He is on point, in everything. He had the eyes of a true leader from day one he joined team Canada. He is an amazing teammate and leader. We all agreed that he'll be our captain without hesitation. - Stephane Julien
