Sharks player to miss six months with Achilles tendon injury

In the last few weeks, Anthony Duclair and Max Pacioretty have both suffered Achilles tendon injuries.
Adding to the list is San Jose Sharks defenceman Nikolai Knyzhov. He suffered the injury during his off-ice training and will miss six months of activity.
The 24-year-old defenseman played 56 games last season with the Sharks, recording 10 points.
