According to various internet reports, the Montreal Canadiens have yet to play a game at The Bell Centre in downtown Montreal in 2022, and will most likely have to wait until February at the earliest.

The NHL has postponed the Habs' home games due to financial concerns related to the province of Quebec's limited arena capacity in an effort to curb the spread of COVID-19. Other Canadian teams, such as the Toronto Maple Leafs, Ottawa Senators, Winnipeg Jets, and Vancouver Canucks, are in the same boat.
With four home games already postponed in January, the NHL officially postponed the Habs' game against the New Jersey Devils on January 15th.
The squad was set to travel across the United States before returning home for a game against the visiting Anaheim Ducks on January 27th, but most analysts predict that game will also be postponed. The same goes for its next games on January 29th and 30th. This indicates that the team's first home game will take place in February. For a club that has struggled to find its footing this season, that's a long way to travel.
