Could P.K. Subban possibly become a Montreal Canadien again? Yes please! As a huge fan of the Montreal Canadiens and as well as P.K. Subban this news is exciting. The former Habs defenceman now with the Devils spoke with the media today before the Canadiens and Devils clash.

The 32-year-old is in his final year of that sweet contract from his time in Montreal and is a pending UFA. Knowing how upset Subban was when he was traded to Nashville the media asked Subban if there's any chance that he would return to the Canadiens, the team who drafted him in the 2nd round 43rd overall back in 2007.

Subban said, "Anything is possible and that you wanna play where you're wanted." Subban added, "Montreal will always be home for me."

P.K. Subban was traded in a shocking move by then Habs GM Marc Bergevin, what was later learned that him and Max Pacioretty who was captain of the Canadiens at the time clashed and the Canadiens management had to deal one of them away. Subban was the choice sending him to the Nashville Predators on June 29th for captain defenceman Shea Weber.

A trade to this day P.K. Subban has never gotten over because of his love for the city of Montreal and being a member of the Canadiens. Subban and Canadiens goaltender Carey Price were very close they even had their own handshake : the triple low five after every Canadiens win.

P.K. Subban is from Toronto, Ontario he played in 7 seasons with the Canadiens playing a key role in helping them advance to the Eastern Conference Final in 2014. In 434 career games with Montreal, Subban had 63 goals and 215 assists for a total of 278 points in 434 games with the Habs.
