Nazem Kadri sells his magnificent penthouse in Toronto

Colorado Avalanche forward Nazem Kadri, who could make a return to action by the end of the final series against the Tampa Bay Lightning, has put his beautiful Toronto condo up for sale.

Kadri has listed the condo/penthouse for $5,380,000. The condo is located near Scotiabank Arena and the Rogers Center.

This summer, Kadri is expected to be one of the most coveted free agents on the market.
